Chapter I General Rules

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe matters concerning the terms and procedures of use of all services (hereinafter referred to as 'service') provided by dandelion (hereinafter referred to as 'company') on its website (minyho.coo.kr).

Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
1. User: A person who receives services provided by the company in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Contract for use: A contract concluded between the company and the user in relation to the use of the service.
3. Subscription: Fill in the application form provided by the company and complete the service use contract by agreeing to these terms and conditions.
4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information necessary for membership registration on this site.
5. User number (ID): A combination of English characters and numbers selected by users and approved by the company to identify members and use members' services (only one ID can be issued for one resident registration number)
6. Password: A combination of English characters, numbers, and special characters set by the user himself to protect members' information.
7. Termination of use: An expression of intention by the company or member to terminate the use contract after using the service.

Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
If a member disagrees with the changed terms and conditions, he/she may request withdrawal (cancellation) and if he/she continues to use the service without expressing his/her refusal even after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes to the terms and conditions
① It takes effect by posting it on the service screen of these Terms and Conditions or by posting it on the notice board or by other means.
② If deemed necessary, the Company may change the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions are notified on the service screen, and if it continues to use the service without expressing its refusal 7 days after the notice, it shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
③ If the user disagrees with the changed terms and conditions, he/she can stop using the service and cancel his/her membership registration. If he/she continues to use it, he/she will be deemed to have agreed to change the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions will take effect in the same way as in the previous paragraph.

Article 4 (Provisions Applied Mutatis Mutandis)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant statutes.

Chapter 2 Service Contracts

Article 5 (Conclusion of a contract for use)
The use contract is established with the company's consent to the user's application for use and the user's consent to the terms and conditions.

Article 6 (Application for Use)
You can apply for use by recording personal information on the subscription application form required by the company on the membership information screen of the service.

Article 7 (Acceptance of application for use)
① If a member applies for use by accurately filling out all the details of the application form, we accept the application for use of the service unless there are special circumstances.
② In any of the following cases, consent for use may not be granted.
1. When he/she does not apply under his/her real name.
2. When an application is made using the name of another person.
3. Where the contents of the application for use are falsely stated.
4. When an application is filed for the purpose of hindering the well-being order of society or the good manners and customs of society.
5. When other requirements for application for use set by the company are insufficient.

Article 8 (Change of Terms and Conditions)
The member shall correct any changes to the matters stated at the time of application for use, and the member shall be responsible for any problems arising from not modifying them.

Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 9 (Company's Obligations)
The Company shall not divulge or distribute any personal information of any member it knows in connection with the provision of the Services to any third party without its consent. However, this is not the case if there is a request from a state agency according to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, etc., or if there is an investigation purpose for a crime or a request by other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 10 (Obligation of Members)
① Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the service:
1. Illegal use of another member's ID
2. Reproducing, publishing, or providing information obtained from the service to a third party.
3. Infringement of the company's copyright, copyright of a third party, and other rights.
4. Disseminating content that violates public order and customs.
5. An act that is objectively judged to be related to a crime.
6. Violation of other relevant laws and regulations
② Members shall not engage in business activities using the service, and the company shall not be responsible for the results of the use of the service.
③ Members shall not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to others, and shall not provide it as collateral.

Chapter 4 Use of Services

Article 11 (Obligation of Members)
① Members are responsible for maintenance, such as mail, bulletin boards, and registration materials, as necessary.
② Members cannot arbitrarily delete or change materials provided by the company.
③ Members shall not register contents that violate public order and customs and other rights such as copyrights of third parties on the company's website. The member is responsible for all the consequences of posting such content.

Article 12 (Management and deletion of postings)
For the efficient operation of the service, the memory space, message size, storage days, etc. of the members may be limited, and where the contents of registration fall under any of the following subparagraphs, it may be deleted without prior notice:
1. In the case of slander or slander against another member or a third party;
2. In the case of violation of public order and good customs;
3. Where it is deemed to be related to criminal acts.
4. In the case of infringement of the company's copyright, third party's copyright, etc.
5. When a member posts pornography on the company's website and bulletin board or links pornographic sites.
6. Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of the post belongs to the publisher himself, and members cannot commercially use materials published in the service, such as processing and selling information obtained through the service.

Article 14 (Service Hours)
In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a year, unless there is a special obstacle to work or technology. However, this is not the case when a reason such as a regular inspection occurs.

Article 15 (Responsibility of Service Use)
The company shall not use the service to hack, link pornographic sites, or illegally distribute commercial S/W. The company shall not be responsible for the results and losses of business activities caused by violation, legal measures by related agencies, etc.

Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The service may be discontinued in the following cases:
1. In unavoidable cases due to construction, such as maintenance of service facilities.
2. When a key telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act stops telecommunications services.
3. If the system needs to be inspected
4. Where there are other force majeure reasons.

Chapter 5 Termination and Restriction of Use of Contracts

Article 17 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use)
① When a member intends to terminate a use contract, he/she must apply for termination through the Internet, and the company takes action after checking his/her identity.
② If a member commits any of the following acts, the company shall notify the customer 30 days before the cancellation action to give him/her an opportunity to state his/her opinion.
1. In the case of stealing another person's user ID and password.
2. In case of intentional obstruction of service operation
3. Where a false application for membership is made.
4. If the same user has double registered with a different ID
5. In the case of disseminating information that hinders the public order and the customs and customs;
6. In the case of an act of damaging or penalizing another person's reputation;
7. When a large amount of information is transmitted or advertising information is transmitted for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the service.
8. In the case of distributing computer virus programs, etc. that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc.
9. In the event of infringement of the intellectual property rights of the company, other members, or third parties.
10. In the case of illegally using other people's personal information, user ID, and password
11. When a member posts pornographic material on his/her website or bulletin board or links pornographic sites.
12. Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations.

Chapter 6 Guitar

Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members shall not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to others, and shall not provide it as collateral.

Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the Member in connection with the services provided free of charge, except for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence of the Company.

Article 20 (Exemption Provisions)
① The Company shall be exempted from responsibility for the provision of services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, wars, or other equivalent force majeure.
② The company is exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
③ The company is not responsible for any obstacles to service use due to reasons attributable to the members.
④ The company is not responsible for any damage caused by the member's expected profits from the service or data obtained through the service.
⑤ The company is not responsible for the information, data, reliability of facts, accuracy, etc. posted by the members on the service.

Article 21 (Jurisdiction Court)
If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
